Hi Malan - When I hear you speak about your childhood, I feel that we have so much in common. I, too, grew up in Asia, moving every few years (S. Korea, Japan) and I know the feeling of always saying goodbye, having no roots, needing the connection of belonging. I know cold, absent parents. I know the unplaceable accent. I feel so proud when I see your successes. You represent all of us, the children of the world.
Peace.
